Anne Driscoll is an executive search consultant with ten years of experience, transitioning to the industry following service with McKinsey & Company and Murray Johnstone International, a Scottish investment management company. She joined McCarthy Bertschy & Associates in August, 2002.

Earlier in her career, Anne worked in both management and editorial positions for an international publishing company, culminating in a London assignment focused on broadening the international subscriber base.

Anne’s largest body of work has been in the manufacturing, professional services, and information industries although she has led numerous searches for senior corporate officers and division presidents outside of these industries. She has been particularly successful in serving a leading research-oriented content company, assisting the organization in addressing leadership needs resulting from record growth. Anne and her colleagues have completed ten search engagements for this client.

Anne holds degrees in Music from DePauw University and Catholic University and began her career as a professional musician. She has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Chicago’s Music of the Baroque and most recently performed as a principal in a symphonic wind ensemble and a chamber ensemble. Anne devotes considerable volunteer hours to leadership positions in her church, including Chair of its Administrative Council and in her current role as Lay Leader. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. Anne remains an active arts enthusiast and avid devotee of concerts and theatrical productions.
