Maureen D. Hale has over twenty five years of Executive Search experience.
She has established herself as a unique resource to retained executive search firms and corporate executive recruitment professionals. Maureen's search work is broad based across multiple industries and functions.

Maureen's career includes serving as a Senior Consultant with KPMG’s Executive Search Practice in Chicago. She joined KPMG in 1978 as a Researcher and, subsequently, served as Director of Research and
Consultant. Maureen began her business career with THinc., a New York-
based Executive Out-Placement firm.

She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from St. Joseph’s College, New York. In addition, she has completed course work toward an M.B.A. at Loyola University, Chicago, as well as course work in Criminal Justice at the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Maureen presently serves as President and a Director of the Executive Search Forum in Chicago. The organization, formerly known as The Researchers Roundtable, is dedicated to the professional advancement of research and support in the executive search process.

She also serves as a member of the National Association for Female Executives (Chicago Chapter), SHRM, EMA Chicago, and NAWBO.
