McCarthy Bertschy Recruits VP Human Resources to GEA Group

McCarthy Bertschy is pleased to announce that Ms. Demile Gilmore recently joined GEA Group as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas.    

Reporting directly to Mr. Stefan Rauth, Global Head of HR for GEA Group (Dusseldorf, Germany), Demi will be based at the company's Americas Headquarters in Columbia, MD.   

Demi joins GEA Group from Northrup Grumman Corporation where she served as Director of Human Resources delivering HR strategy, support and execution to 33 functional leaders/Corporate VPs within the global business.  In prior roles at Northrup, she was the Director of Human Resources for several multi-billion dollar divisions.  Demi's early career experiences were at SAIC and American Farmland Trust. 

Demi received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and an MA in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
