We completed our first private equity portfolio company search over 20 years ago. Since then we've worked with PE firm clients to assist them in attracting outstanding CEOs to new platform investments as well as both CEOs and key functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Sales/Marketing, HR) to their existing portfolio companies. The private equity clients with whom we partner include the entire spectrum, from lower middle market, middle market and upper market.
