Anne Driscoll
Anne Driscoll is a Partner at McCarthy Bertschy and has over two decades of professional services industry experience. Before joining McCarthy Bertschy in 2002, Anne worked at another highly-regarded retained executive search firm as well as at McKinsey & Company and Murray Johnstone International, a Scottish investment management company.
Anne’s practice expertise spans a broad range of industries, although her areas of specialization include the manufacturing, professional services and pharmaceutical/medical device industries. Recent engagements range from multiple CFO engagements for portfolio companies of a prestigious private equity firm that invests only in middle market healthcare companies to an EVP People and Culture role for a premiere alternative energy company backed by Blackstone.
Currently, Anne serves on the Board of Trustees at Episcopal Charities where she chairs the Committee on Trusteeship. An active member of St. James Episcopal Cathedral in Chicago, Anne is also a member of the Cathedral Chapter. Passionate about mission and outreach, Anne accompanied a group of students on a mission trip to Moshi, Tanzania and most recently journeyed to Chiapas, Mexico to work with two Episcopal companion parishes there.
FUN FACT: Anne began her career as a professional musician. She has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra under Sir Georg Solti, James Levine and Andre Previn. Anne also performed and recorded with Chicago’s Music of the Baroque.
