Meet the McCarthy Bertschy Team

Kristy joined McCarthy Bertschy earlier this year after working for the Career Management Center at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Prior to Kellogg, Kristy has 20 years of executive search experience with several firms including Korn Ferry International and Lamalie Amrop.  Most recently, she spent 12 years with JWC Partners, a boutique firm specializing in executive search, Board Director recruitment and board assessment. Kristy worked with CPG, industrial, insurance, private equity and professional services clients across a range of functional areas including finance, general management, operations, sales/marketing and strategy.

Kristy hails from Southern California and settled in Chicago after graduating from Northwestern University with her degree in Human Development and Social Policy. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, walking, and playing paddle tennis. Kristy currently serves on the board of the Garden Club of Evanston and has served as Co-President of Evanston School Children’s Clothing Association (ESCCA) which provides school clothing for Evanston school children in need.

Fun Fact: Kristy was an exchange student in Japan during high school.
